1. A consignor may bring in ten items BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, Tuesday through Saturday.

2. There is a one time $20.00 initial processing fee payable on an annual basis.

3. Consignment term is up to 30 to 90 days.

4. Women's Exchange reserves the right to return items to the consignor at any time within the consignment term.

5. Women's Exchange will not participate in reserve pricing structures and has the right to offer discretionary price reductions as necessary.

6. Our Women’s Exchange team hand picks each item to be displayed for sale in our beautiful showroom.

7. All merchandise is brought in for consignment, it must be clean and in good to excellent condition. Sterling and Brass must be polished. Additional charges will be incurred if we must clean or polish merchandise prior to placing in the showroom.

8. Consignment merchandise includes top quality, very good to excellent condition furniture, chandeliers, lamps, artwork, rugs, china, crystal, and antiques.

9. Our consignors are paid on a monthly basis, checks are cut no later than the 10th of each month and are mailed to consignors. A $1.00 mailing and check processing fee will be deducted from consignors check each month.

10. Consignor shall keep track of the start and end date of their contract and mark their calendar with the end date of their consignment contract .

11. Consignor is responsible for contacting Women's Exchange to arrange for pickup merchandise within 5 days of the end of the consignment period. Consigner should contact Women's Exchange 24 hours prior to this pickup.

12. Any items left beyond the 5 days of the end of the term, will become the property of Women's Exchange.

13. If consignor decides to donate their merchandise at the end of the consignment term our consignor can contact us to make their wishes known prior to the end of the consignment term.

14. When consigning large inventories, or liquidating a home, our contractual terms and conditions may change and/or consignment term extended. Storage charges may be incurred for long term storage.

15. Each consignor can check into his/her consignment account at any time to see what has sold, by going into www.myresaleweb.com .
